Marketing Manager (Global Software Startup)

The key areas of responsibility will include:
  • Manage marketing programs for various segment areas, including trade shows and custom events, email communications and digital campaigns
  • Drive development and execution of the NA corporate marketing plan and be the go-to person in the marketing organization for the corporate sales team
  • Identify, plan and execute events – from webinars and live seminars to tradeshows and executive forums – to achieve multiple business objectives
  • Create and execute brand building, lead generation and nurturing campaigns and programs
  • Oversee relevant digital and social media programs and campaigns, working closely with the global digital marketing manager to coordinate these
  • Assist with website refreshes and update content
  • Collaborate effectively with global marketing team to get things done efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead the development of customer-focused content and event opportunities, including case studies, joint speaking engagements and education forums
  • Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other relevant field
  • 5 years of demonstrated technology marketing experience required
  • Experience developing and designing integrated marketing campaigns for different market segments and target audiences, including Fortune 500 companies
  • Experience in segment marketing planning and execution
  • Strong event, campaign and project management skills, accustomed to working to a budget and within strict timelines
  • Experience with marketing communications/PR (preferred)
  • Self-starter with demonstrated capability to work in fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment
  • Applied knowledge of the different types of marketing required to develop true end to end marketing campaigns (digital, social, direct, account-based, etc.) is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
