Desired Experience and Education: At least 5-7 years’ experience, Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field OR Masters or MBA

These roles will support various clients in delivering value-adding performance management services to the business, through improving process efficiency and reducing the cost of Finance to large scale transformation programs. Highly connected with colleagues across their US, European and Global teams, the team works internationally to assist clients in the evaluation, design and implementation of Global Business Services models and strategic solutions.
Their Finance Transformation solutions focus on delivering standardized, end-to-end processes to drive value and act as a transformation engine. You’ll be developing innovative, sustainable ways to improve the management of people, processes and systems, working alongside other finance professionals in high-performing teams.

Confident Communicator - comfortable interacting with people at multiple levels within the organization and external clients
Leadership - Experience in managing cross-functional teams/projects, influencing senior level stakeholders
Technical Knowledge in usage / implementation of technology to transform finance function using SAP including S4 Hana

Depending on role:
  • Relevant Professional qualifications e.g., PMP, CIMA, CPA / ACCA or CFA
  • Willingness to travel across the region
